Revivify Coating installed on a Bronco Raptor

When it comes to protecting your vehicle’s paint, both Revivify and ceramic coatings offer advanced solutions. However, Revivify coatings are quickly emerging as the superior choice due to their innovative technology and unique features. Let’s explore how these two coatings compare in terms of durability, performance, and maintenance.

Carbon X Driver's Package

Installing the Revivify CarbonX driver’s package on this Ford Bronco Raptor involves a meticulous process to enhance both protection and aesthetics. The CarbonX coating is a revolutionary self-healing technology designed to protect automotive surfaces from scratches, oxidation, and environmental damage. Here’s an overview of the installation process:

  • Preparation: The Bronco Raptor’s exterior surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated to remove dirt, oils, and residues. This step ensures optimal adhesion of the CarbonX coating to the paint.
  • Surface Correction: Any existing imperfections such as swirls, light scratches, or oxidation are corrected.
  • Application of CarbonX Coating: The CarbonX coating is applied in layers—each layer being 10 microns thick. This package has two layers on the hood, bumper, front fenders, A-pillars and leading edge of the roof and headlights.  The rest of the vehicle has one layer.  This silicon-based resin forms a hard carbon layer that self-heals under heat conditions like sunlight or hot water.
  • Curing: After application, the coating is left to cure properly, ensuring its durability and self-healing capabilities. The curing process solidifies the bond between the coating and the vehicle’s surface.
