Ceramic Pro coatings, developed by Nanoshine LTD, are transparent liquids containing nano-ceramic components.

When applied on the surface, the ceramic coating cures, creating an extremely thin protective layer.

The special matrix structure of Ceramic Pro improves the hardness of the coating, its resistance to scratches, solvents, acids, alkalies, UV, oxidation and marine growth.

Harsh conditions of the marine environment contribute to well known problems to boat and watercraft owners.

Ceramic Pro offers protection for all surfaces above and below the waterline of any vessel.

This coating acts as a protective shield against corrosion created by salt water and resists fouling on the hull caused by the accumulation of algae and/or crustaceans.

Unlike a wax or sealant that washes away or breaks down over time, Ceramic Pro is a ceramic coating that forms a permanent adhesion to the gelcoat and can only be removed through abrasion. No chemical can dissolve the coating. Once cured, it creates a surface that resists scuffs and scratches. Ceramic Pro makes the surface so hydrophobic (water repellent) to harsh marine elements that the cleaning process is no longer time consuming and labor intensive.

Unlike waxes or sealants that get quickly washed off, Ceramic Pro Marine forms a permanent bond to the gel coat, which does not delaminate. Once cured, it can NOT be removed by any chemicals.

The chemistry behind this product yields a self-cleaning feature which causes dirt and grime to be repelled and water to roll off the surface as it grabs these fouling elements. Hand washing therefore becomes easier and the need for heavy detergents and chemicals becomes obsolete.

The Pencil test scale is used in the coating industry to determine a mineral’s hardness. Ceramic Pro is above 9H on the Pencil test scale. If maintained correctly, the coating will stay hard for a lifetime.

Ceramic Pro can be applied to temperatures as low as -20 fahrenheit.  Once cured, the coating provides protection from extreme temperatures ranging from -50 to 2,200 fahrenheit.

Silkoxid, commonly found in sunblock, is also used in Ceramic Pro’s product range. The UV protection keeps the paint, rubber and plastic from aging.

Ceramic Pro provides a permanent shine and color depth to your vessel unlike any other product.
